Professional Cookery also includes preparation of food menu, cooking commodities using different processes and presenting food to customers which is pleasing to eye. Diplom in Professional Cookery training also includes understanding of food science, nutrition, and diet which is useful for preparing meals.The course duration of Diploma in CProfessional Cookery is year  (Including 6 months internship) and we also provide job placement opportunities in the local and middle east, Maldives and Europe.Benefits of Diploma in Professional Cookery: 1.
