Course Description
Diploma in HOTEL MANAGEMENT is a 6-month program extended to 1 Year which includes an internship too. This course provides instructions to students in hotel operations, food and beverage management, and hospitality administration, focused in hotel restaurant management. Through the use of lectures, fieldwork, case studies, and practical applications students will gain insight into management and operations in the dynamic field. Not limited, this program also helps students to gain experience in accounting, cost control, marketing, and business communications. We go the extra mile to hone the skills of our students which differentiates us among the academy of culinary arts and hospitality management.

The internship will be in 5 Star hotels in Nepal. After successful completion of the course, the students are place in Macau, Europe or middle east.

Diploma in HOTEL MANAGEMENT Program Outcome
This curriculum is designed to provide students with the basic skill and knowledge they need to succeed in the field of the hospitality industry. The primary focus of the diploma is on hotel management development with additional coursework in basic hotel management. So, the graduates will have a rounded understanding of the industry which will increase the chance of being employed at earliest.
Upon successful completion of the professional Diploma in HOTEL MANAGEMENT with concentration, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skill of basic hospitality and food service management principles.
- Identify and analyze food and beverage products, including product identification and specifications.
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately produce a food production plan, prepare food items, and garnish and display items for small and large-volume food production.
- Design and analyze menus for food service operations.
