Newari cuisine is a vibrant with many flavors and varieties as well as mixed of many spice and flavors. In Nepal, Every ethnic group are unique and have their own identity with their traditional cuisines. However, Newari cuisine is one of the most significant and most liked food and it is an integral part of Nepal’s diverse culinary landscape. Originating from the Newar community, an indigenous group with a rich cultural heritage, Newari cuisine has evolved over centuries, influenced by various cultural exchanges and traditions.

The Newari Cuisine course is a specialized program that focuses on the traditional cuisine of the Newar community in Nepal. The course includes both theory and practical sessions. The course is designed to elevate cultural knowledge, cooking methods, and their season value.
