4. Menu Knowledge and Upselling Techniques
   • Understanding the menu and daily specials

Week 2: Advanced Service Skills and Practical Training

1. Beverage Service
   • Types of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
   • Serving techniques and etiquette
   • Understanding wine and food pairings
2. Order Taking and Billing Procedures
   • Effective order-taking and communication with the kitchen
   • Handling billing and payments
3. Health and Safety Standards

By the end of the waiter training course, the students can do table setup, order taking, clearance of the table, and serving food and beverages. However, we do not guarantee skill development. Skill comes from experience, so we provide students with an internship in a 5-star hotel. After completing the internship in a 5-star hotel, we guarantee job placement in hotels and restaurant outlets.
